Bitempo GmbH acquires 49% interest in Klöckner Information Services GmbH

Bitempo GmbH, Düsseldorf, a corporate consultant for the IT sector, has acquired a 49% interest in Klöckner Information Services GmbH (KIS), the service provider of the Klöckner & Co Group.
