All Klöckner & Co shares are publicly held* (free float). Our largest shareholder is Norges Bank Investment Management, which, based on statutory company statements now available, currently holds around five percent of all stock (as of July 2010)

Statutory statements pursuant to Section 26 Clause 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act):
According to section 21 clause 1 WpHG, an issuer must be notified when the voting rights of a shareholder reach and/or exceed or fall below certain thresholds. These notification thresholds are 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the total shares outstanding.
