The fifth Klöckner & Co SE Annual General Meeting took place on May 20, 2011 in Düsseldorf. More than 300 shareholders visited the Annual General Meeting in the Congress Center Düsseldorf (CCD Ost). All resolutions proposed by the management were adopted by large majorities.
