The fourth Annual General Meeting of Klöckner & Co SE took place on May 26, 2010 in Düsseldorf. Over 250 shareholders attended the event at CCD Ost, Messe Düsseldorf. Attendance represented 40.99% of share capital. All the agenda items were approved.
