Around 3,000 distributors are represented on the Western European market. The Top 5 hold a market share of around 32%. On the production side the market share of the Top 5 is twice as large.

Around 1,200 distributors are represented on the North American market. The Top 5 hold a market share of 17%. On the production side the market share of the Top 5 is four times larger.
